Dr. Nilesh N. Kotecha is a Board-Certified Neurosurgeon who provides state-of-the-art, least invasive surgical treatment options available anywhere. Dr. Kotecha is one of the very few neurosurgeons in the country, with dual spine fellowship training in neurosurgery and orthopedics in the country performing endoscopic laser spine surgery.

Dr. Kotecha received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School - Houston and completed his neurosurgery residency at Brown University / Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, RI. He subsequently did an intensive neurosurgery fellowship in Complex and Reconstructive Spine Surgery at the University of South Florida under the supervision of a world-renowned spine surgeon, Dr. David Cahill. This fellowship involved taking care of patients with complex spinal pathologies, including operating on patients who had undergone spinal surgeries with other spinal surgeons and still had persistent pain (Failed Back Syndrome). Whilst in private practice, his continued passion for learning led him to do a second fellowship in Orthopedic spine surgery with world-renowned endoscopic spine surgeon Dr. Anthony Yeung.

Dr. Kotecha’s unique combination of fellowships and years of patient experience has allowed him a unique approach to treating patients with various spinal ailments in the least invasive manner possible.
