Henry (Fritz) Butehorn III MD

Dr. Butehorn is a graduate of Spartanburg High School. He received a B.S.E. in biomedical engineering with a minor in history from Duke University. He earned his M.D. from the Medical University of South Carolina. He was an otolaryngology-head and neck surgery research fellow at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed his otolaryngology-head and neck surgery residency at Albany Medical Center in Albany, New York
