Physician Bio

Jonathan Nelson, M.D., a 2019 Texas Super Doctors® Honoree, is a surgeon at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. He’s certified by the American Board of Surgery and cares for his patients at Kelsey-Seybold’s Katy Clinic, Berthelsen Main Campus, and Spring Medical and Diagnostic Center. “​I’m committed to providing compassionate patient care,” he says. After earning his medical degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, Dr. Nelson completed his internship and residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Dr. Nelson's clinical interests include breast cancer and surgical Oncology.
