Dr. Nilesh N. Kotecha is a Neurosurgeon with Board Certification and expertise in minimally invasive surgical techniques. He has completed two spine fellowships in both neurosurgery and orthopedics, making him one of the rare neurosurgeons in the nation who can perform endoscopic laser spine surgery. His expertise as a neurosurgeon enabled him to provide care for people who suffered from Traumatic Brain Injuries. He had witnessed the devastating effects of these injuries on the patients' cognitive and emotional functions, and he strived to apply the latest research and techniques to improve their outcomes.Dr. Kotecha is a board-certified neurosurgeon with expertise in complex and reconstructive spine surgery. He graduated from the University of Texas Medical School - Houston and trained in neurosurgery at University of Massachusetts-Worcester and Brown University / Rhode Island Hospital. He then completed a rigorous fellowship in spine surgery at the University of South Florida with Dr. David Cahill, a leading spine surgeon. He gained experience in treating patients with complex spinal conditions, including those who had failed previous spine surgeries (Failed Back Syndrome). He also pursued a second fellowship in orthopedic spine surgery with Dr. Anthony Yeung, a pioneer in endoscopic spine surgery.Dr. Kotecha is a skilled spine specialist with extensive training and experience in minimally invasive techniques.
