Background and TrainingDr. Annie Ashok is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in conditions of the hand, wrist, and elbow. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and earned her medical degree with honors from Jefferson Medical College. Dr. Ashok completed her orthopedic surgery residency at Hahnemann University Hospital and the University of Pennsylvania, serving as Chief Resident. She underwent additional hand surgery fellowship training at Baylor College of Medicine, caring for professional and collegiate athletes.Expertise and Treatment AreasDr. Ashok has expertise in treating acute and chronic upper extremity conditions, including carpal/cubital tunnel syndrome, trigger finger, arthritis, tendon/ligament tears, fractures, and overuse injuries.
